The Salvation Army operates over 80 supported accommodation services across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We call these services ‘Lifehouses’ because they are more than a place to stay. They are places where people can get support with their housing issues - but also find support with other aspects of their lives such as employment, debt problems, training, spirituality, loneliness, addiction or mental health. Skinnergate Lifehouse supports people to achieve their life goals, work towards longer term independent living, and change the face of homelessness. Key Responsibilities: As a motivated and dynamic team member you will be assisting with the delivery of a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control, enabling residents to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead fulfilling lives. You will complete day to day activities including administration tasks, dealing with queries both face to face and over the phone and support the successful operation of the Lifehouse.
