The opportunity
Youll get more of the marketing mix than most roles at this level. B2B and B2C, real ownership across social, content, email, design, and campaigns : from day one.
Youll be mentored directly by our Marketing Director, who brings broad experience across recruitment and professional services. Honest feedback, proper guidance, and genuine investment in where your career goes.

What youll be doing
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and blogs
Drive lead generation and website development: traffic and conversion
Create social content and write copy for blogs, case studies, and campaigns
Run paid search, SEO, and PPC activity
Design and update sales collateral, decks, and social assets
Support event marketing from promotion through to on:the:day execution
Report on performance: ROI, KPIs, and turning data into decisions
Work with external agencies, stakeholders, and partners
What were looking for
3+ years rounded marketing background
Hands:on digital marketing and content creation experience
Email marketing and automation (HubSpot, Force24, Mailchimp or similar)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Graphic design software experience (Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop)
Sharp copywriting and proof reading
Comfortable at pace with multiple projects
B2B and lead generation experience desirable
