We are The Light and we are providing a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities — cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars, and kitchens — we have it all! We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our amazing team. As a Bar Staff you’ll be helping out across our food & beverage making sure every guest has a great time — whether they’re grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a drink, or taking part in one of our exciting activities.
About You

* Willing to work a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Because bar work involves alcohol service, you need to be 18 or older to work behind the bar.

* Welcoming and looking after guests with great service and a big smile
* Serving food and drinks behind the bar or at the counter
* Helping guests enjoy our activities safely and confidently
* Keeping things clean, safe, and looking great at all times
* Working closely with your team to make sure everything runs smoothly
