We're looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, comfortable talking with external clients and representing yourself with stakeholders.
This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with great communication skills.

Responsibilities
Build strong working relationships with clients to retain business
Liaising with developers on technical queries
Managing and prioritising all support requests against SLAs
Willing to grow technical skills on the job
Communicate updates directly to stakeholders, both internal and external
Act as the IT guru for the internal Canvas team
