Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Debt Resolution Agent to join our team on-site in Halifax. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and guide them toward effective debt resolution solutions. On a daily basis, you will handle customer inquiries, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Using our cutting-edge digital tools, you will provide empathetic and professional support to create positive customer experiences while achieving resolution outcomes for our clients.
