Contract Type: Ongoing (Temp to Perm)
Hourly Rate: Circa £16.22 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer/Driver to join our clients property services team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy a mix of practical labouring tasks and driving responsibilities. As part of a dynamic team, you will be travelling to various locations to support property services and complete essential tasks.
Working Hours:
1. Option 1: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
2. Option 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
3. Performing general labouring duties on property services projects
4. Travelling to various locations for tasks
5. Installing and collecting Chapter 8 barriers around scaffolding
6. Relocating satellite dishes
7. Assisting with loft and garden clearances
8. General repairs and making good (filling and minor decoration)
Requirements:
9. Valid CSCS Card
10. Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction
11. Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
12. Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
13. Full UK Driving License
