Senior HR Business Partner
12 Month FTC - Starting at the beginning of April
Location: Bolton - Hybrid with some travel
Salary; £60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance
Elevation HR are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support an Engineering function.
This is a strategic, high-impact role working closely with senior engineering leaders across the business. You’ll play a key part in aligning people strategy with operational and project delivery goals, ensuring the function has the capability, structure and leadership needed to perform at its best.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a trusted partner to senior engineering leaders and executive teams
* Delivering and presenting HR strategy aligned to business and project objectives
* Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
* Leading complex change programmes across the Engineering function
* Coaching and influencing senior stakeholders to drive performance and accountability
* Using data and insights to shape decisions and improve outcomes
* Line managing and developing a team of HR Business Partners and advisors
What we’re looking for:
* Extensive HR experience within an engineering, technical or project-led environment
* Strong track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives and organisational change
* Trade Union exposure
* Confident operating at senior level, with excellent influencing skills
* Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions-focused
* Comfortable using data and digital tools to inform strategy
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK employment law knowledge
