3. Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
4. Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
5. Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.

7. Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment.
8. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share it with the team.
9. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
