About the Role
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves:
* Following daily planners
* Helping with financial expenditure
* Domestic support and administration of medication
There may also be some support with:
* Personal care
* Meal planning/preparation
* Maintaining important relationships
* Support to find new friendships
A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion. Seeking new opportunities for the growth and development of the people we support which could include volunteering roles and further education access.
Shift Patterns
* 7am to 2pm
* 3pm to 10pm
* 10pm to 7am (Waking Nights)
Working on a rota, you will be required to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays with planned time off. Flexibility to cover any of these shift patterns over the 7-day weekly period is essential. An Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
