The Opportunity: The Business Transformation Manager leads strategic change initiatives that improve organisational performance and competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and enable long term growth. This role partners with senior leaders to define the vision, prioritise transformation opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. How you will contribute to the team: Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with organisational strategy. • Lead the identification of opportunities for improvement across the business. • Collaborate with engineering and technology functions to ensure the organisation’s technology roadmap is aligned to the company growth strategy. • Establish transformation priorities, success metrics, and governance frameworks. • Build business cases to quantify benefits and investment costs Change Leadership • Project manage end to end transformation programmes, ensuring they deliver desired outcomes on time and within budget. • Establish programme management standards, ensuring disciplined planning, tracking, and risk management. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation. • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Leadership teams to drive engagement and adoption. Process & Operating Model Improvement • Analyse current state processes and design future state solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. • Driving the improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experiences and competitive advantage through digitalisation. • Drive significant organisational change and innovation in the realms of information technology and digitalisation. • Support teams in implementing new processes, systems, and ways of working. • Use data, insights, and metrics to validate improvements and measure performance. Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with executive leaders and cross functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment across all transformation initiatives. • Facilitate workshops, steering groups, and decision-making forums. • Translate complex information into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences. • Development and communication of the strategic vision of the business. Governance & Delivery • Establish programme governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks. • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and escalate issues where necessary. • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory • requirements. About you: • Strong leadership with the ability to lead through influence, navigate complexity, and drive behavioural change. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. • Significant experience in business transformation, consulting, operations leadership, or related discipline. • Proven track record of leading change management and transformation delivery. • Analytical problem-solving with a data-driven approach. • Experience working across complex organisations and engaging senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Professional qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) desirable.
