Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Major Projects Electrical Engineer, you will:
* Lead the electrical design team, ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective design delivery from concept to construction.
* Provide high-level technical advice in electrical building services engineering during project design meetings.
* Deliver coordinated design solutions throughout project lifecycles.
* Develop standards and best practices to share across the Property & Assets business.
* Propose and implement innovative solutions, enhancing our M&E service.
* Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding output, progress, costs, and risks.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and are a member of CIBSE or IET, or working towards becoming chartered.
* Experience demonstrating your capability to fulfill the role’s accountabilities, with a high level of knowledge in your discipline.
* The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
* Experience in applying quality procedures and document control in engineering design.
* The ability to meet BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) requirements.
