E-COMMERCE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (FASHION BRAND)
JUMEIRAH - DUBAI
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a our client a successful and well established online fashion brand based in greater Manchester now looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Digital Manager to join their new team at the Jumeirah DUBAI. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong commercial understanding and experience working for a fast-paced online brand is also required.
Experience in a similar role would within the online e-commerce fashion is highly advantageous.
Roles & responsibilities
● Responsible for executing the marketing strategy, developed in collaboration
● Responsible for planning and executing the Marketing Trade calendar to drive sales across all territories for 2 websites
● Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics in the market, highlighting areas of concern, trends and opportunities, as well as providing theories and recommendations to maximise sales
● Actively liaising with the internal and external team throughout the week to ensure teams are working towards common goals
● Responsible for generating awareness, website traffic, and sales via all digital channels including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Email, Organic Social, Paid Social, Video, Display, PR and Offline activity
● Strong analytical background, you must be good with numbers with the ability to spot data trends
● Responsible for hitting monthly targets
● Assisting with the channel forecasting in line with the overall monthly targets
● Managing budgets, monitoring spend and ensuring ROIs are in line with targets
● Key point of contact and gatekeeper for the planning and execution of all customer-facing commercial activities
● Own the trading calendar and ensure key actions and activities are briefed out to the wider marketing team and manage these deadlines
● Liaise with direct reports on a daily basis
● Briefing in the trading calendar and campaign plans to the wider marketing team and setting individual actions
● Driving student marketing initiatives both on and offline
● Reporting results to senior key internal stakeholders and offering insight into market trends
● Working closely with the Creative Lead to deliver commercial marketing campaigns
● Understanding of the customer shopping experience and work alongside the Web Development team to identify areas for improvement
● Ensuring a relevant and frictionless customer journey through navigation
Your Skills
● Must have experience managing a team and outside agencies
● International Experience
● Strong digital marketing skills, brand, retail or agency experience
● Must have a strong understanding of all digital channels
● Must have a very strong understanding about the online fashion brand market and the consumer mindset.
● Highly analytical
