As the Head of Commercial & Operations, y ou will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a pivotal part in integrating all commercial, customer-facing, and operational activity across the organisation. You will lead the development and delivery of a dynamic commercial strategy maximising revenue from bars and catering, venue hires, events, hospitality, and conference activity, while shaping new experiences that strengthen our reputation and financial resilience. Alongside this, you will oversee our building operations, health & safety, and day-to-day visitor experience, ensuring Nottingham Playhouse remains a welcoming, safe, and inspiring place.
