Job description:
Paint Shop Operative
We are currently looking to recruit Labourers for Paint Shop floor to join our client team.
Role:
You will be working as a labourer within the paint shop, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Hours & Shift Pattern:
This is a rotating weekly shift role:
Early Shift
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Late Shift
* Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Pay & Benefits:
* Paid at National Minimum Wage
* 10% shift allowance in addition to basic pay
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with paint shop operations
* General labouring duties
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to work alternating shifts
* Willingness to work in an industrial/paint shop environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
