Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing supervision in subject-area classrooms during teacher absences.
* Ensuring completion of work within classes and supporting students as needed.
* Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment through effective behavior management.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.
* Sharing insightful observations with teachers regarding student engagement and progress.
* Adhering to school regulations and fulfilling assigned duties diligently.
* Offering guidance and assistance to students in addressing queries and challenges.
To be considered for this role, you should:
* Be eligible to work legally in the UK.
* Possess an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
* Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being.
* Exhibit strong behavior management abilities and professionalism.
