We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join the Sunhouse team.
We are Sunhouse, a positively different brand design agency, based in Bath. We believe in people before egos, creativity before wealth, and partners before clients.
Our client roster includes some of the biggest global names in FMCG alongside some of the most exciting, up-and-coming challenger brands around.
We are a highly-creative, hands-on team. We love positive, collaborative people who thrive on getting stuck in.
About the Position
Sunhouse is seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to join our strategic branding and design agency, playing a pivotal role in our operations. We work with global FMCG brands and require someone with a proven track record in a similar setting.
In this integral position, you will drive the smooth and timely delivery of our world-class creative projects. Your primary focus will be to manage the daily flow of work, balance team workloads, and proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks. Ultimately, you will safeguard the team's time and focus, ensuring both client and business needs are consistently met.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* You are a highly-organised individual with laser-focus on the details.
* You have a proven track record in a similar traffic or project management role.
* You're a brilliant communicator and a natural problem-solver.
* Experience working with agency management software would be an advantage.
* You’re a proactive and adaptable individual, always seeking out ways to improve processes and workflows.
* You're able to remain calm and level-headed in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Our new Traffic Manager will receive all the industry-standard perks they’d expect, as well as actual work-life balance in a world-class studio that’s in the heart of a vibrant city, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
