Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Penketh to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a January 2026 start. The school is seeking a nurturing and motivated teacher who can support pupils during this important early stage of their education.
The Position:
* Full-time teaching role within Key Stage 1.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and confidence.
* Support pupils with early literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum development.
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to provide consistent learning experiences.
* Create a positive, structured, and caring classroom environment.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Have a good understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment.
* Be confident supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Use positive behaviour strategies to support young learners.
* Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to high-quality teaching and learning.
