Description Starting Well Receptionist Grade 3- £29436-£31158pa (3x Full Time and 1 x Part Time.) About the Role We have multiple vacancies for Starting Well Receptionists to join our team, providing a reliable, high-quality front-of-house and administrative service across our centres. This is an exciting opportunity to support families and children by ensuring our centres run smoothly and efficiently. Locations & Working Hours MyPlace Centre: Shift work between 8:30am – 10:00pm (on a rota basis). Children’s Centres: Core hours 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to travel across multiple locations within the borough. Key Responsibilities Provide reception and administrative support across operational centres. Respond to customer queries in person, by phone, and via email. Maintain accurate records and operate booking/till systems. Support building operations, including reporting repairs and health & safety checks. Assist with diary management and bookings for centre activities. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, GDPR, and health & safety standards. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming approach. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
