As they expand further into grocery retail and other channels, they’re now looking for an ambitious sales leader to help scale their UK presence and take the brand to the next level. The Role As the new Senior National Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering ambitious growth targets in UK grocery while also supporting B2B opportunities. You’ll develop new partnerships and take full responsibility for executing the sales strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on – ideal for a commercial operator who loves building relationships and spotting opportunities. A 'hunter' mentality is preferred for this ambitious challenger brand. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the UK sales strategy for grocery and B2B channels Develop and ultimately manage big grocery accounts (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda) Lead new business development with regional and national buyers Negotiate commercial agreements and annual joint business plans Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise growth Represent the brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and key events The successful UK Sales Lead will have: 5 years in FMCG sales, with strong exposure to UK grocery retail and B2B Proven track record of national account management and new business wins Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and forecasting experience Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable in a scale-up or high-growth environment Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills Salary: Up to £65,000 typical benefits Location: Hybrid - 1/2 days in the office
