Solera is a global leader in risk and asset management data and software solutions serving over 230,000 customers in more than 90 countries. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Team in Leeds with hybrid working.
Responsibilities
* Focus on four key areas: Retention, Customer relationship management, and New Business.
* Manage a large portfolio within our Dealer Groups Sector, based at the Leeds Office.
* Responsible for a portfolio of over predominantly AM250 franchised motor dealers, plus selected used car dealers.
* Portfolio expected to deliver revenue totaling £3.2 million this year.
* Handle customers who use cap and hpi products via annual and rolling contracts.
* Work toward an agreed target phased across quarters of the financial year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026).
What You’ll Do
* Make and receive calls to all customers, establishing needs and demonstrating appropriate solutions.
* Maintain relationships throughout the customer lifecycle to retain customers while minimizing costs.
* Prepare and deliver renewals for your portfolio monthly via Salesforce, with manual renewals where required.
* Conduct account analysis of your portfolio.
* Enhance and grow your portfolio.
* Monitor, analyse research, and convert new business leads when presented to you.
* Unify hunter/farmer approach for all elements of Account Management within your portfolio.
