Purpose
LiveMore Capital is a fast‑growing specialist mortgage lender, reshaping later‑life lending in the UK. As our broker distribution continues to accelerate, we’re investing heavily in our Sales Operations function and opening a new office in Altrincham, Cheshire. This is an exciting time to join LiveMore. You’ll be part of a growing, high‑energy team playing a direct role in driving lending, completions, and commercial growth.
This is a commercial, revenue‑impacting role. As an Outbound Broker Development Executive, you will sit at the front end of LiveMore’s sales engine. Your work directly drives outcomes:
more broker engagement → more Account Manager meetings → more active brokers → more mortgage completions and lending.
Your mission is to proactively engage brokers, generate high‑quality opportunities, and fuel the success of our Account Management team and wider business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Make high‑volume outbound calls to mortgage brokers and intermediaries across the UK.
* Confidently lead structured, professional sales conversations.
* Quickly build rapport and position LiveMore Capital as a lender brokers want to work with.
* Uncover commercial opportunities through effective fact‑finding and questioning.
* Identify and qualify live case opportunities for the sales pipeline.
* Book high‑quality, conversion‑focused meetings for Account Managers.
* Drive broker engagement that leads to increased activity, cases, and completions.
* Encourage and support introducer registrations and ongoing broker relationships.
* Follow up on campaigns, warm leads, and triggered opportunities.
* Maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
* Consistently achieve and exceed call volume, meeting bookings, and conversion KPIs.

* Confident, engaging communicator with a strong phone presence.
* Comfortable leading structured sales conversations.
* Able to build credibility and rapport quickly with professional stakeholders.
* Strong questioning, listening, and objection‑handling skills.
* Highly target‑driven with a genuine hunger to achieve results.
* Organised, disciplined, and comfortable working to KPIs.
* Clear, concise communicator who can simplify LiveMore’s proposition for brokers.
* Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, or B2B customer engagement.
* Experience within mortgages, financial services, or intermediary sales is desirable but not essential.
* Exposure to broker networks or regulated sales environments is an advantage.
