Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs across mainstream Primary & Secondary and SEN Provisions.
About the Role
* Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, SEMH needs, or physical disabilities
* Assisting with communication, personal development, and daily routines
* Working 1:1 or within small groups
* Building strong, supportive relationships with students
Ideal Candidate
* Background in care, support work, SEN roles, or similar
* Passion for working with children with additional needs
* Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and adapt
