The Apprenticeship Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Apprentice Lead in the effective delivery and coordination of apprenticeship programme across the Trust. This role ensures that all administrative processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with funding and regulatory requirements. The postholder will communicate with internal departments, training providers, and apprentices to maintain accurate records and provide a high standard of service.
Key Outcomes/Results
* Oversee the complete administration of apprenticeship programme, including onboarding, enrolment, progress tracking, and completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with funding streams and the Trust's policies and procedures.
* Serve as a point of contact for apprentices, line managers, and training providers.
* Monitor learner progress and raise concerns with the appropriate stakeholders.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
* Generate reports and data insights to support performance monitoring and ongoing improvement.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of administrative systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within education, training, or apprenticeships.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
* Experience working with apprenticeship management systems (e.g., DAS).
* Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, standards, and funding rules.
* Understanding of safeguarding and learner support needs.
* Relevant qualification in business administration or education/training.
