Candidate Profile
* Previous customer service experience, from backgrounds such as retail or hospitality
* Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize a high volume caseload

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent team player
