Job duties: Monitor key metrics and identify pattern that qualifies as fraud or risk event. Investigate risk MOs and leverage data to drive insights. Gain knowledge on different data sources to understand and mitigate fraud and financial risk. Self-serve on data requests, perform validation and report to stakeholders. Create and write policies and develop test cases to enable success implementation of controls. Assist in creating risk policies including analysis of big data designing key software controls and implementing code to production. Proven understanding of payment domain and PCI compliance. Taking ownership on the implementation and execution of fraud strategies in tight collaboration with global teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics). Constant optimization while getting sound decisions that balance risk, speed, experimentation and financial performance. Code pipelines E2E using multiple tools to mitigate risk in a timely matter in order to support business needs. Go-to person for anything and everything regarding understanding the fraud controls and how they impact customers ability to run their business. No direct reports and no managerial duties.
