Key Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate and lead on SEND strategy across the school\n\nManage EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements\n\nWork collaboratively with staff to implement personalised learning support\n\nTrack progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date records\n\nLiaise with parents, carers, and external professionals\n\nIdeal Candidate Will Have:\n\nQTS (Qualified Teacher Status)\n\nNational SENCO Award (or currently working towards it)\n\nStrong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice\n\nExperience working with a range of SEN needs across key stages\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
