About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Chichester, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 92 children and features a one-level building where each room has its own garden. We offer early drop-off at 7 AM and have an experienced preschool teacher on staff. The nursery engages in weekly visits to a local care home and offers local walks and outings when possible. Located within walking distance of Chichester University and St. Richard’s Hospital, with a bus stop outside for easy access to Chichester city centre and good transport links. Free staff parking is available.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan activities
