This is our FIRST role of its kind, establishing a team of high-impact Direct Sales Executives to shape the future of field sales at The Modern Milkman.
What you'll do
This is a variable activity role that combines field sales and marketing:
* Door-to-door selling in and around Manchester and across the UK
* Street selling and sampling – represent our brand and win new customers through face-to-face engagement
* Take part in larger PR and brand activities – from city centre activations to unique marketing campaigns
* Build genuine relationships with customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce
* Pioneer new sales strategies as the first field sales agent of this kind at The Modern Milkman
What we're looking for
* Based in Manchester or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) with a UK driving licence
* Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
* Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
* Resilient and optimistic – you bounce back quickly from rejection
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Physically capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day
