HGV Technician Needed in Manchester
1. Location: Manchester
2. Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off (7am-7pm)
3. Salary: Up to £46,500 + overtime
Our client, a well-established commercial main dealership, is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities for a HGV Technician:
4. Routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs to ensure safe and efficient operation
5. Diagnostic testing to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
6. Inspections and servicing in line with manufacturer and industry standards
7. Completing documentation and maintaining accurate service records
8. Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing high-quality customer service
What We’re Looking For in a HGV Technician:
9. Proven experience as an HGV Technician, ideally within a commercial dealership
10. Strong knowledge of HGV systems and components
11. Diagnostic and problem-solving capability
12. Understanding of industry regulations and safety requirements
13. Ability to work independently and within a team
14. Valid HGV driving licence (desirable)
