What You'll Do:
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality 'front of house' services, including management of operational services such as property and building maintenance, catering, housekeeping, and customer services.
* Provide proactive support to the Senior Management Team on all health and safety matters.
* Foster a culture of trust and open communication while managing and developing your team.
* Negotiate and review contracts to ensure value for money and quality service delivery.
* Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For:
* A recognised qualification such as IOSH or a BSc/BA in Safety Management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Extensive experience in operational services within a care environment.
* Proven ability to manage change and draft health and safety policies.
* Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiating contracts.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to create effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
