Responsibilities
* Work in line with the company's values of Commitment, Connection and Compassion, promoting these behaviours throughout daily duties
* Use the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) system effectively and maintain accurate, legible documentation for care plans and reporting
* Provide high?quality personal care with dignity and respect, supporting independence, appropriate dress, mobility needs and use of personal aids
* Support residents with meals, refreshments and dining?area preparation, ensuring a calm and respectful atmosphere
* Observe, record and report any changes in residents' physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing to senior staff
* Support residents' social, emotional and cultural needs, contributing to activities and helping them use the environment-including outdoor spaces-safely and fully
* Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including basic housekeeping tasks, infection?control cleaning, and ensuring clothing and linen are cared for appropriately
* Act as a keyworker in line with home guidelines and assist with admissions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and families
* Participate in reviews, assessments, handovers, staff meetings, training, supervisions and appraisals while maintaining confidentiality
* Understand and follow B&M Care Quality Management System policies, procedures and medication awareness guidelines
Qualifications
* Communicate and interact effectively with both residents and staff.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake training.
* Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of residents.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional throughout.
