We are establishing a Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to create a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio.
* Help set the standards for benefits and value management and embed them within teams.
* Identify, value, and validate project benefits; support decision-making and risk management across change and transformation.
* Contribute to shaping and optimising project Portfolios to ensure strategic alignment.
Team context: You will join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Team of the STA (Strategy, Transformation and Assurance) directorate. The PMO supports change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business.
Experience/skills required:
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills; able to explain complex analysis simply to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds; actively consider diversity in work.
* Development opportunities and appropriate training provided.
Additional information:
* Hybrid working location; EA Office base with national scope. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
