Production Operator
Location: Wellingborough
Contract Status: Fixed term to permanent
Shift: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role(s)
CTDI is looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team who is able to work in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring that customer products are handled with precision and care. As we focus on upskilling our operators, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and take on a variety of tasks within the production process.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Booking in Product:
* Accurately register products into our system.
* Ensure all relevant information is logged for tracking purposes.
Testing Mobiles and Software Upgrades:
* Conduct thorough testing of mobility devices.
* Perform software upgrades to ensure products meet the latest standards.
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
* Carefully pack products for shipping, ensuring they are secure and protected.
* Label packages accurately according to customer requirements.
Receive and Unpack Product:
* Efficiently and accurately receive incoming products.
* Unpack products with attention to detail to prevent damage.
Background and skills
Do you have the ability to think on your feet and react quickly to operational situations and changing circumstances? We also need people who are highly organised with a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
A self-starter with strong motivational skills and a completer/finisher attitude. You must be able to prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met.
