Senior Quantity Surveyor - a growing privately-owned building contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering projects ranging from £5m - £50m.
The initial project is a high-profile research, development and manufacturing project in Belfast (£30m).

Requirements:
- Excellent commercial awareness, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
- Monthly valuations, payment certifications, and final accounts
- Working collaboratively within a supportive commercial team
- Reporting, cash flow projections, and progress meetings
- Subcontractor procurement, award, and management
- Identification and resolution of potential disputes
Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance (£5,500)
- Company Bonus Scheme

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
