Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily restaurant operations and deputising for the General Manager
* Undertake all Duty Manager responsibilities as needed
* Ensure Duty Managers have up-to-date Talent Pipelines with training needs and succession plans
* Hold monthly reviews with Department Managers to ensure KPI achievement; report to General Manager
* Manage departmental KPI results
* Monitor customer satisfaction and address guest feedback professionally
* Conduct probation and appraisal reviews with the General Manager
* Track team turnover and maintain it below company targets
* Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are followed
* Create a safe, positive working environment
* Maintain accurate staff records
* Manage health check results and action plans
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Meticulous, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* Proactive, independent worker with good judgment
