We are currently partnering with a housing association recruiting for a HR Systems & Data Analyst on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with HR systems and data, producing people data reports, and supporting the digital transformation of a People function.
Key duties include:
* HR system administration, maintenance and upgrades
* Power BI dashboard development and automated reporting
* Data analysis, validation and quality management
* GDPR-compliant data imports/exports
* Supporting system projects and resolving issues with suppliers and stakeholders
* Providing audit support and maintaining system security
Experience required:
* HR systems, databases or information management tools
* Producing and interpreting people data reports
* Data quality checks and system administration
* Level 4 or above qualification in Data Analytics
* Understanding of GDPR and sensitive data handling
Skills required:
* Power BI (intermediate level or equivalent experience)
* Attention to detail and data integrity
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable: System implementation experience; CIPD Level 3; experience in a regulated sector.
