At first, you'll focus on kitchen respraying, with the chance to progress into other areas (like UPVC and commercial spraying) as you grow.
What you'll be doing:
* Meeting the team in Windsor each morning and travelling to sites across Berkshire, Surrey & London.
* Preparing kitchens and units ready for respraying.
* Learning and applying high-quality spray finishes (full training given if you're new).
* Putting in a proper day's work alongside a team that values effort, detail, and reliability.

What we're looking for:
* A strong work ethic — this is number one
* Experience in spray painting (kitchens, automotive, furniture) OR general trades (painting, decorating, construction, etc.)
* Comfortable with tools and working in homes
* A keen eye for detail — you care about a professional finish
* Full UK driving licence
* Local to Windsor for daily meet-ups
(Bonus points for a CSCS card or spraying/decorating qualifications.)
