The Business Analyst's primary responsibility is to ensure high-value delivery in the most efficient manner to customers. The BA should excel in problem-solving and innovating, inspiring creativity within teams. The role may focus on process, data, business, or systems analysis, requiring skills to identify gaps, gather requirements, and redesign processes or workflows as necessary.

Continuous Improvement & Agile Ways of Working
* Promote and evolve standards and practices, participate actively in agile ceremonies, and manage workload effectively.
About You
* Proven experience as a senior business analyst or similar strategic role.
* Strong stakeholder support skills, industry experience, and excellent communication.
* Proactive problem-solving, empathetic customer focus, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
* Mentoring experience, familiarity with Agile/DevOps, and relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
