Job Title: National Account Manager – Innovative FMCG Drinks Brand

Salary: Up to £50,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

You’ll take ownership of key retail, convenience, and on-trade accounts, lead our external sales agency, and play a pivotal part in accelerating our commercial growth. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate our 3rd-party sales agency to deliver standout performance across multiple channels
* Own sales performance: hitting targets, driving distribution gains, and boosting rate of sale
* Build brilliant customer relationships with best-in-class negotiation and joint business planning
* Launch exciting NPD and bring category-leading innovation to market
* Work closely with the Commercial Director on pricing, trade terms, margin and channel strategy
* Collaborate with Marketing to align brand activity with customer plans
* Oversee trade marketing and activation — ensuring flawless in-store execution
* Use data, insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and turn them into commercial wins
* Protect and champion our brand while delivering growth across volume, value, and share
Required Experience and Background
* 5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, commercial, or account management roles — ideally within drinks or similar
* Interested in candidates at National Accounts, Key Accounts, Senior Field Sales experience
* A proven track record managing key or national accounts, external sales teams, or distributors.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with budgets, trade spend, and P&L delivery.
* Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels and build long-term partnerships.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — results-driven, energetic, and passionate about purpose-led brands.
* Positive, adaptable, and ready to travel within the UK when needed.
