The Role:
* Support teaching and learning within secondary school classrooms
* Assist students in Business Studies and other curriculum subjects
* Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
* Help raise student attainment and engagement
* Gain practical experience of teaching and classroom management
* Work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree in Business, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working with young people
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
* Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential
