Warwickshire-based corporate communications agency requires an experienced PA to assist the Founder.
This is a part-time role, working approximately 20 hours per week (ideally 5 mornings), including two days in the office (ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays) and the rest of the time working from home.
Duties include:
* All PA/EA duties (diaries, communications, travel etc)
* Assisting in the organisation of conferences and events
* Light office management duties (ordering supplies, management of IT/telecoms/tech etc)
* Ad-hoc assistant-based duties for the larger team
Requirements:
* Extensive PA/EA experience at a senior level
* First class communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be exceptionally well-organised and level-headed
* Strong attention to detail and a willing, ‘can-do’ attitude
Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Ideally five mornings per week, two of which will be office-based (Warwickshire), and the rest working from home
£45,000 pro rata
