As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in opening doors to SME, Mid-Cap, and Enterprise businesses. Your mission? To spark meaningful conversations about how their clients solutions can streamline administration, enhance employee engagement, and maximise the value of their benefits.

About the Role
* Proactively engage key business stakeholders through B2B outbound appointment setting, managing a pipeline of past and existing prospects to re-engage and guide them toward stakeholder meetings.
* Drive monthly targets, contributing to the commercial team’s overall success.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects via phone, email, networking events, and other channels.
* Identify and develop high-quality leads, ensuring seamless handover to the Enterprise Sales team for face-to-face meetings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to expand Zest’s lead pipeline and enhance visibility in the rewards and benefits sector.
* Secure meetings with target companies (250+ employees) through strategic outbound efforts.
