About The Role
You’ll be:
* Supporting customers at a range of public-facing locations across the area in our libraries, customer service teams, and Information and advice centres
* Helping residents with a wide range of enquiries - face-to-face, over the phone, and online
* Providing calm, confident support in sensitive or challenging situations
* Keeping services running smoothly and stepping in where needed to support the team
About You
We’re after someone who’s:
* A natural problem solver and great communicator
* Calm under pressure and confident dealing with a wide range of people
* Organised, adaptable, and happy to travel between sites
* Passionate about delivering excellent service every single time
You’ll be part of a team that’s bold, supportive, and always looking for ways to improve. If you’re ready to bring your energy and ideas to a role that’s as rewarding as it is varied, we’d love to hear from you.
