What You’ll Be Doing

1. Manage Key Accounts: Take ownership of two major retail multiples.
2. Driving Sales & Profit Targets: Achieve sales and profit goals with full P&L ownership and effective budget management.
3. Leveraging Market Expertise: Spot opportunities, anticipate market challenges, and provide valuable insights and intelligence.
4. Strategic Customer Planning: Develop plans to optimize trade spend, ensuring all activities deliver a strong ROI.

Who You Are

1. Experienced NAM/SNAM with a proven track record of managing key accounts within the FMCG sector. (Grocery would be a bonus.)
2. Commercially savvy with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for profitable growth.
3. Skilled negotiator focused on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
4. Proactive and autonomous, thriving in fast-paced environments and taking initiative to drive results.
