Logistics Coordinator – Warrington
Logistics Coordinator to join a busy team, supporting the seamless movement of goods and ensuring outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Produce accurate warehouse and delivery paperwork for all sales orders dispatched from site.
· Process sample paperwork from the Sales Team, ensuring efficient handling and documentation.
· Arrange transport through network hauliers and dedicated loads, meeting customer delivery deadlines.
· Liaise with 3rd party hauliers
· Liaising and booking transport logistics
· Negotiating prices
· Manage small order shipments using the FedEx system, including labelling and tracking.
· Run outstanding sales order reports, ensuring all orders are accounted for and dispatched on time.
· Assist the Admin & Logistics Manager with the timely invoicing of all sales orders, supporting month-end targets.
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or warehouse administration.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Confident using logistics software and courier platforms (e.g. FedEx).
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines.
Monday – Friday full-time role, all office-based
Salary £28,000
