Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Use data to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive student success.
* Participate in professional development and wider school life.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
* Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.
* A passion for teaching maths and helping students succeed.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
* Willingness to be involved in the wider school community.
