Morgan Philips is seeking an energetic and driven recruiter with proven expertise in sourcing high-quality candidates for white-collar construction / engineering roles. Proactively source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the construction sector.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate progress.
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the construction and / or engineering sector.
Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques and use of social media platforms for recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on construction / engineering.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
