On a day-to-day basis, youll be: Providing 45-minute (minimum) patient visits Could be offering personal and clinical care, including IV therapy, and wound management Monitoring and recording conditions and will escalate cases when needed. Whether youre initiating health promotion activities or liaising with other members of our multi-disciplinary team, youll help us to empower our patients in their choice to be treated at home.
