Job Description:
Location: Leeds (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
We are partnered with a leading international law firm seeking to hire 2 x Paralegals to join their Global Estate Management Real Estate team in Leeds.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you’ll manage your own caseload, work with high-profile occupier clients, and gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing real estate transactions from start to finish
* Drafting & reviewing leases, licences, renewals, and related documents
* Coordinating with clients, stakeholders & international counsel
* Using legal tech to streamline processes
Requirements:
* Previous paralegal experience in a professional office environment (real estate background desirable)
* Strong academics & completed LPC/ SQE1
* A proactive, “can-do” approach in a fast-paced environment
