Batcher – Key Role in Site Operations Salary: Competitive Location: Camden Freight Depot Hours: 45 pw Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a vital role in site operations? We’re looking for a Batcher to join our team and work closely with the Plant Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site management. About the Role: As a Batcher, you’ll play a central role in maintaining high standards across Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating with the Plant Supervisor to uphold company policies and procedures Ensuring accurate batching and timely shipping to meet customer expectations Managing inbound and outbound material handling Maintaining precise stock records using the batching computer system Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies Supporting site maintenance, including housekeeping, greasing equipment, and defect reporting What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience in batching, logistics, or plant operations (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good computer literacy and record-keeping skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
